About RT AI Solutions

We think every business deserves a bigger team.

Hiring is slow, expensive and hard to reverse. Meanwhile the work piles up. RT AI Solutions exists to close that gap — giving growing businesses an AI that scales the moment they need it, and a company that actually runs it for them. Not to reduce your team, but to multiply what it can do.

Why we built it

The best people shouldn't drown in busywork.

The leads that never get followed up. The messages that pile up overnight. The fourth caller who hangs up because reception is still with the first three. Small teams lose their best hours to work that could be handled — and lose their best people to the boredom of it.

We built RT AI Solutions so that work has an owner, and your people get their time back for the work only they can do.

What this means for your team

It is the question we are asked most, and it deserves a direct answer. ALYA is designed to absorb volume, not roles. The work she takes on is the work that repeats — the same twenty questions, the same booking flow, the same overnight backlog. What she cannot do is exercise judgement, and judgement is what your experienced people are actually for.

What changes is the shape of a working day. A receptionist stops re-typing prices and starts looking after the patient who is upset. A coordinator stops chasing confirmations and starts handling the exceptions that genuinely need a person. The same team covers several times the volume, at a standard that does not slip at six on a Thursday — and your customers stop waiting.

There is also a capability being built here, and it is worth acquiring early. The businesses that will be hard to compete with in a few years are the ones whose staff already know how to work alongside AI: how to brief it, how to correct it, and how to recognise when it is wrong. That is why our pilot is deliberately supervised rather than handed over finished. Your team helps shape how ALYA answers, and comes out of it knowing how to run her.

What we believe

Principles we build on.

Outcomes, not features

Software gives you buttons. ALYA owns an outcome and is accountable for it. That framing changes how the work actually gets done.

Humans stay in charge

Automation without oversight is a liability. ALYA works inside guardrails you set and hands the judgement calls back to your people.

Show the work

Trust is earned in the open. Every action is logged and every result is reported, so you know what ALYA did — and can prove it.

Fit the business you have

No rip-and-replace. ALYA works inside the tools and processes you already run, which is what keeps integration to weeks rather than the multi-quarter projects this usually becomes.

One assistant, not a zoo of bots

Every AI we deploy is ALYA. We have run the alternative — a different persona per product — and it created confusion for customers and maintenance for us.

Your data stays yours

Each client gets an isolated tenant. Conversations are never pooled, never used to train anything, never sold. If you leave, you take an export with you.

How we work

Four stages, and you can stop after any of them.

STEP 01

Discovery — a few days

We sit with the people who answer the messages today. What gets asked, what gets escalated, and what the rules really are — including the ones nobody has written down.

STEP 02

Build and learn — 1 to 3 weeks

Together, not in sequence. Channels, CRM, calendar and phone system get connected while ALYA absorbs your material and is tested against questions your team has already answered. The range depends on third parties: WhatsApp verification and PBX changes move at Meta's and your provider's pace, not ours.

STEP 03

Refinement — the following weeks

Real conversations surface what preparation could not: how your customers actually phrase things, the twice-a-month exception, the service nobody mentioned. Each gets folded in. This is what takes her from correct to genuinely good.

STEP 04

Autonomous and supported

She runs your front line inside your ecosystem — reading your live schedule, checking eligibility, writing into your systems, escalating by your rules — while we monitor, update her when your prices or services change, and answer when something is wrong.

Where it runs

Infrastructure we operate, not a shared platform.

ALYA runs on cloud infrastructure we provision and maintain. No client shares a database with another.

The company

RT AI Solutions

We are a software company based in the United Arab Emirates, building for businesses in this market: multilingual by default, aligned with UAE data protection law, and familiar with how customers here actually get in touch — which is overwhelmingly WhatsApp, and still very often the phone.

ALYA is our product. Everything on this site is something the platform does, for businesses with real customers.
